📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to get my order? We know you’re excited to get cozy! Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number the moment your package heads out the door.

Can I track my package? Absolutely. Once your order ships, we’ll send an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery’s journey right to your doorstep.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We want you to love your space. If something isn’t quite right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do? Oh no! We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen. Please email us at support@ahhhhome.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement out immediately at no extra cost to you.

Can I change or cancel my order? We move fast to get your items to you! If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make changes.
